ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Eirteck specialises in the complete electrical installation package

 
 

• Oversee and co-ordinate full electrical installation of wind turbines

• Cable all electrical connections - HV & LV panels and tower cables

• Connect switch gear, converters & transformers

• Inspect and test all electrical work

• Identify any faults, defects and repairs

• Ensure quality control, good housekeeping and communication

• Ensure Health and Safety procedures are maintained and adhered to

• Manage job requirements and progress on site

• Complete daily progress reports and on-site documentation

• Assist with site operations and liaise and co-ordinate with other sub-contractors on site

COMMISSIONING

 

Eirteck have vast experience in the commissioning and pre commission of turbines. Our technicians have extensive knowledge of harbor testing and troubleshooting.

 
 
 
 

• Point to point testing of signal, control and power cables in towers.

• Testing of all fiber and communication cables.

• Testing of I/O modules.

• Testing of all mains wiring including 110v 230v and 690v systems.

• RCD trip, earth loop impedance, insulation resistance and earth resistance testing of all 110v and 230v sockets systems.

• Testing of 230V and 48V lighting systems.

• Testing of smoke detectors throughout the tower.

ELECTRICAL MAINTAINENCE
